Rectangular blades planetary mixer is composed at two rectangular type of agitator blades. According to material properties rectangular blades can be increased the crosspiece or diagonal cleat to increase the flow of material on the mixing process. The bottom of rectangular blades can be installed automatically flip angle Teflon scraper to ensure that the bottom of the material can be thoroughly mixed into the material. It also can maintain a certain gag between cylinder wall and rectangular blades by the scraper of the bottom and side wall.
In real application, the mixing type could be combined freely in order to avoid too much heat brought in mixing. The standard planetary mixer equips with scarper, temperature display, vacuum operation, ect. Also we can do the Teflon coating according to the using condition. Mixing capacity range from 1-2000 liters
